Know your Incoterm. Are you still using DDU ?, it was replaced with DAP in 2010

You may wish to review the terms of the contracts you have with each of your customers. In particular the correct Incoterm to be used.  Incoterms gives clear lines in the sand as to who is responsible for paying any duties on imports and exports to/from the EU
